“Since January 14, 2018, Quantic Dream has been the target of a smear campaign by certain media outlets, based on defamatory statements whose reliability and origins are questionable. We reiterate that we have not received any complaints of harassment or discrimination. However, we confirm that two employees who filed an appeal with the Tribunal des Prud'homes (a labor court) in 2017 were dismissed by court order on January 19, 2018, and a decision regarding a third individual in this case is still pending. Several other legal actions are currently underway to defend our studio's reputation and protect our employees. We trust the court and hope that a swift resolution can be reached in a calm and peaceful atmosphere.”
