In addition to the official announcement of 'RAGE 2' yesterday, Monday, the first real gameplay scenes from Bethesda's open-world title are now available, as promised.
In RAGE 2, you'll plunge headlong into a dystopian world devoid of law and order. To bring this open-world spectacle to life, two studio giants have joined forces – Avalanche Studios, masters of the most outlandish open worlds, and the first-person shooter gods id Software – to deliver a chaotic feast like no other, as the publisher describes it.
Regarding the game itself, it is also said:
"In the year 2185, humanity is dwindling. Ruthless and bloodthirsty gangs roam the open roads, and a tyrannical authority rules with an iron fist. You take on the role of Walker, the last ranger of the desert. Robbed of your home and left to die, you will journey across a merciless wasteland, battling bloody gangs to find the tools and technology needed to fight the authority and end its oppressive rule once and for all."
