Ubisoft has replaced the entire development team of 'Rainbow Six Siege', including the core team and management. The previous developers will now focus on a new project.
Like the French publisher which informsHowever, this does not change the further plans for the tactical shooter, which will continue to receive strong support next year.
"There is a change in the Rainbow Six Siege development team: A group of veterans is taking over team leadership with the support of the original core team. The former and new core teams have worked hand in hand to continue the vision of Xavier Marquis and Alexandre Remis into the future."
It's unclear what project the original team will tackle next. Perhaps they'll finally find the time and resources to resurrect Sam Fisher. Meanwhile, we'll hear more about Rainbow Six next year, as Rainbow Six Quarantine is currently in development.
