Those who already own 'Resident Evil 7' can now download the Day One Patch 1.01, which Capcom has just released for download.
On PlayStation 4, this update weighs in at just under 800MB and unlocks previously inaccessible DLC. New trophies and notifications for additional chapters have also been added, along with various bug fixes. The new trophies relate to the bonus chapter 'Banned Footage,' which may have been integrated with the update and could therefore be released soon.
In addition to this, a completely free DLC and another story chapter are also planned, both to be released by the end of 2017 and including, among other things... via the Season Pass are available.
Resident Evil 7 will officially be released tomorrow, Tuesday.
