It seems likely that the long-awaited announcement of a new Red Dead game will follow, after Rockstar already revealed today... second teaser image has published information on this topic.
This now clearly shows that it is the Wild West franchise and most likely represents some kind of countdown.

Since only teaser images have been released so far, and nothing is actually said about what's behind them, several options remain, including a sequel or a potential remaster.
The mere release of these teaser images has triggered a true hysteria among fans since yesterday, Sunday, and the posts are collecting thousands of likes and shares on all social media channels.
Following the current pattern, another teaser could follow tomorrow, Tuesday, if not the official announcement of the game.

According to unconfirmed reports, the official announcement of the game is expected by Thursday, if not sooner. A first trailer, which has been finished for some time, is also planned. The title was originally supposed to be revealed at Sony's E3 press conference, but the announcement was canceled due to events in the US that occurred around the same time.
