The interactive horror experience starts tonight. Silent Hill: Ascension with a special event. The pre-show with Greg Miller and Kinda Funny starts at 00:30, while a new trailer is already available to get you in the mood.
Before the premiere of Silent Hill: Ascension At 2 AM, Genvid will broadcast a moderated pre-show where Silent Hill fans can chat with the creators of the series. The pre-show starts at 0:30 AM CET and is available on the Silent Hill: Ascension app, on Ascension.com, and on the YouTube and Twitch channels.
From now on, it is possible Silent Hill: Ascension im App Store, on Google Play or at Ascension.com Install the app and register a free account. While the series itself doesn't start until 2 a.m. CET, the first decision is already available and influences the outcome of the first scenes in the livestream, including the ultimate fate of the character Rachel Hernandez.
Additionally, a new trailer is already available, showing how this unique series worksincluding the global time difference. The video explains how viewers make daily decisions and influence the story through puzzles and other elements. It also points out that the decisions are available for at least 24 hours, allowing fans worldwide to participate every day without having to be there live.

The first decision
Silen Hill: Ascension The series follows the complex lives of two families in danger, including the aforementioned Rachel Hernandez – an up-and-coming acolyte, mother, and leader of the community, who is about to perform a ritual on new cult member Joy Cirelli, who is seeking spiritual healing. Things go horribly wrong… Should Rachel tell Joy to… a) to end the oath, b) to flee, or c) to beg for mercyThe entire audience decides. Every day there will be more captivating decisions that will ultimately determine which of these characters will survive until the end of the story.
“We put a lot of effort into the story of the Johansen and Hernandez families and worked with Konami Digital Entertainment to expand the world of SILENT HILL in a fascinating way,” says Stephan Bugaj, Chief Creative Officer of Genvid Entertainment. “Creating a story where the audience’s choices determine the canonical ending is something that has never been done before.”

There will be a daily cameo competition in the app, where winners can have their self-created characters appear in cutscenes or interactive action scenes.
