The Silent Hill franchise has been a hot topic again in recent weeks, with speculation that Konami might be giving it another chance. It was recently reported that they are supposedly...A fresh start with Hideo Kojima dares, who himself has a great interest in horror games.
Now, former Silent Hill monster designer Masahiro Ito has also spoken out via Twitter, stating that he is working on a new project which he hopes will not be canceled. Whether it is another horror game, a collaboration with Hideo Kojima, or even the rumored Silent Hill, remains to be seen.
Ito worked as a monster and background designer for Silent Hill, Silent Hill 2, and Silent Hill 3. He also contributed to NightCry and Metal Gear Solid: Survive.
