CI Games has today taken a new direction for the franchise with 'Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts'. announced, with which you can experience the ultimate sniper experience.
The game plunges you into the harsh climate of the Siberian wilderness and introduces a new gameplay style – the Contracts System. Based on community feedback, you can expect exciting mission scenarios that represent a step back from the open world of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3. In the single-player campaign, players dive headfirst into tailor-made Contracts missions, each with a clear main objective and a fixed cash reward, as well as the option to complete secondary objectives for bonus payouts. This allows you to revisit the mission at any time, experience it from a different perspective, and potentially earn even more money.

With a wealth of optional objectives to complete, the combination of open-ended missions and spontaneous gameplay ensures these scenarios are highly replayable. This, coupled with the intense challenges of your environment—the harsh, modern Siberian wilderness—and hundreds of ways to defeat a variety of targets, further enhances the experience.
“We were too ambitious regarding the scope of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, but we've learned from our failures. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts will focus more on spontaneous gameplay, with an open-ended mission design that feels powerful to the team, but it won't take place in an open world. It will be a more tactical, compact experience, and the game will offer plenty of replay value in both the single-player campaign and multiplayer modes.”
