Sony has launched its exclusive streaming service Sony Pictures Core (formerly Bravia Core) announced for PS5 and PS4, where Sony will be running its own productions. These include, among other things, early access to selected films before they are available on other streaming services.
Once you have registered with Sony Pictures Core, You can rent or buy up to 2.000 films. The launch lineup includes blockbuster hits such as... Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Uncharted, The Equalizer, No Hard Feelings, Bullet Train and "Ghostbusters: Afterlife" there.
Gran Turismo Movie with Early Access
To celebrate the launch of Sony Pictures Core, you can find the Gran Turismo film Watch the film in Early Access, which is based on a true story about an unlikely outsider who becomes a professional race car driver. Once you purchase the film from Sony Pictures Core, you'll also receive in-game credits for... Gran Turismo 7, to unlock the vehicle from the movie in the game.
Those who are also PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe users get access to a curated catalog of up to 100 movies via the Sony Pictures Core app, which can be streamed from the Sony Pictures library.

Aside from that, the PS5, with its minimum 200 watt operating power, is not very well suited for watching movies, but everyone has to decide for themselves.

Of course, as you know today's consumer zombies, they celebrate everything, no matter what comes along. Whether it even makes sense is another question. Incidentally, they announce the lineup first and then the price increase, but Sony does it the other way around, and why? Because there were enough people like me who complained about the PS Plus price increase. Believe me, you wouldn't have gotten anything as compensation otherwise.
Furthermore, it's more of a nice-to-have than a must-have. It's like my Amazon Prime subscription; I have it for free shipping, not for free audiobooks, movies, games, etc. What I'm trying to say is that some people subscribe for specific services, and if someone doesn't see an advantage in a Plus subscription, it won't convince them. How about game-specific services?

I have the app on my TV and smartphone; sometimes it even has movies that are still playing in cinemas, it's really cool.
