Bandai Namco has given Hwang the next DLC character in Soul Calibur VI Confirmed, it will be released next week. A trailer released today already offers a glimpse of the longsword fighter.
Hwang first appeared as a Korean swordsman in Soul Edge and returned for SoulCalibur and SoulCalibur III Hwang Seong-gyeong returns to the story stage in Season 2. Are you ready to strike down evil with his longsword Dark Thunder and the Six Heavenly Arts fighting style?
In addition to Hwang, there will also be a new Title Update adding a new character creation set with more variety, popular items, and additional #TEKKEN-themed parts. As an added bonus, the free content update will also introduce a new phase, the Motien Pass Ruins, the classic Seong Mi-na costume set, and new Mitsurugi and Nightmare episodes.
Hwang and the free Title Update will be available from December 02nd, 2020.
