Publisher Ubisoft has also released a launch trailer for today's release of 'South Park: The Stick of Truth' for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Originally only available as a pre-order bonus, the remaster is now available to everyone.
South Park: The Stick of Truth takes players to the perilous battlefields of a fourth-grader's playground, where a young hero rises, destined to become South Park's savior. The player equips themselves with legendary weapons to battle Underpants Sprites, hippies, and other forces of evil.
When he discovers the Stick of Truth, he earns a place as a new friend alongside the series' characters Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny. If the player succeeds, he becomes the savior of South Park and solidifies his social standing at South Park Elementary School. If the player fails, he will go down in history as a loser.
South Park: The Stick of Truth was developed under the direction of South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone and presents an epic quest on the road to… coolness.
