Now that several remasters of Kingdom Hearts have already been released, Square Enix is planning another re-release, this time in the form of an entire collection.
This is already available at the online retailer Amazon and at the German distribution partner Koch Media The first details have been listed. According to this, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue are included, meaning the complete remaster collection.
In detail, these promise a unique compilation of six of the most popular adventures from the Kingdom Hearts series, one of the most popular action RPG series, which tells the classic story of the battle between good and evil. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue includes three adventures from the beloved series: an HD remaster of the original Nintendo 3DS game and fan-favorite Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance; the HD movie BACK COVER X [chi], which highlights key events from the beginning of the Kingdom Hearts chronology; and the completely new chapter BIRTH BY SLEEP – A fragmentary passage, which offers a glimpse into the highly anticipated Kingdom Hearts III.
The release date for the collection is November 24, 2017.
