As is now known, three studios – DICE, Criterion Games and Motive – are working on ‘Star Wars: Battlefront II’, with Criterion Games apparently having a special task here again.

Criterion Games had already developed the 'X-Wing VR Mission' for the original, which is why it's reasonable to assume that 'Star Wars: Battlefront II' will also be equipped with a VR mode. According to Alex Mole of Criterion Games One would certainly think "something great" He is working on the game, but is not yet revealing what it is about.

Last year, the 'X-Wing VR Mission' was a huge hit with fans and delivered the most immersive Star Wars experience to date. Players could engage in a space battle with the Empire in an X-wing, fight against TIE fighters, and even defend themselves against an entire Star Destroyer.

'Star Wars: Battlefront II' will be released on November 17, 2017.
