Respawn and EA have released a first performance patch for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor An update has been announced, which is available immediately. This update fixes several critical bugs.

As can be seen from the accompanying documentation. Changelog This update will correct a number of crashes, performance issues, freezes, and graphical problems.   • Problems with overlapping film dialogue have been fixed.
  • Various collision issues have been resolved.
  • A problem was fixed where the enemy Al would remain in the T-pose in photo mode.
  • A freezing issue that occasionally occurred while speaking with Doma has been fixed.
  • A bug was fixed where the BD oil VFX was not rendering correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where players would get stuck in the Chamber of Duality if they did not save after leaving the chamber and died.

The patch is already available on PC and now also for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It's approximately 1.2 gigabytes in size. Furthermore, Respawn promises that they will continue to optimize... Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will work.

There are still pop-ins, muddy textures, water sometimes looks like a pixelated surface and doesn't react to Cal's footsteps. Framerate drops are rampant, leaves and treetops are pixelated and don't react when Cal walks through them, etc., etc., etc. This patch hasn't changed a thing.
