Tate Multimedia today released their action racer 'Steel Rats' for PlayStation 4, in which your bike becomes a weapon and you fight in war against an invading horde of alien scrap robots.
Steel Rats is a passionate and groundbreaking evolution of the 2.5D action arcade genre. The game's gameplay combines brutal motorcycle battles, death-defying stunts, and a visually stunning retro-futuristic world. Switch between four unique and upgradeable characters as you wreak havoc and defend your city from an invading armada of scrap robots.
Regarding the story, it also says:
"The fearless reporter Veronica Vance is on the scene, reporting on how this disaster begins and uncovering the first details about the heroic biker gang who are doing what all good biker gangs do: saving their city from the aliens. Where did the Junk Bots come from? Who sent them? Is that really a toaster they're using as a weapon of mass destruction? These are the questions plaguing the citizens of Coastal City.
