nDreams has released their PS VR2 shooter Synapse A game has been released that fully utilizes the features of the PlayStation VR2. The game is currently considered the flagship title for the headset.
In Synapse Players must use a deadly combination of rapid telekinetic powers and lethal weapons to penetrate the mind of the infamous public enemy Colonel Peter Conrad (David Hayter).
Under the guidance of their superior Clara Sorensen (Jennifer Hale), the players must fight their way to the Colonel's subconscious and extract vital information that will put an end to his plans for mass destruction.
“It has been incredibly rewarding to see people’s excitement for Synapse grow since the game’s announcement in February,” said James Shepherd, head of nDream’s studio. “The team has created a true demonstration of what the PS VR2 is capable of, and I’m excited that PS VR2 owners will finally be able to experience the spectacle of Synapse for themselves.”
Synapse was completely developed around the features of PlayStation VR2, including enhanced eye tracking, motion-controlled telekinesis and adrenaline-fueled shooting, which players can fully feel through the haptic feedback of the Sense controllers, adaptive triggers and headset.
Also in our review Synapse has pretty much convinced us that it's a real must-have for PS VR2 owners.
