Ubisoft has launched Season 8 Episode 1: USST Cities in The Crew 2, which marks a return to the legendary US Speed Tour.
In this first episode of Season 8, players can once again travel the country from east to west. This time, their driving skills will be put to the test on brand-new tracks in the biggest cities in the USA. Concentration is key on the streets of New York, Miami, Seattle, and Los Angeles, as the slightest mistake can send them to last place in the blink of an eye. The USST Cities episode includes two new events each week, for a total of 16 events over the next eight weeks.
USST Cities is also introducing a brand-new Motor Pass, featuring 50 tiers of new exclusive rewards, both free and premium. These include high-performance vehicles like the Pagani Zonda F Primary Edition (Hypercar), the Mini Cooper S Checkered Edition (Touring Car), the Chevrolet Corvette C8.R, the Audi RS 5 Coupé USST Official Edition (Street Race), as well as prestige items, outfits, currency packs (Crew Credits and Bucks), and more.
In Season 8 Episode 1, vehicles from previous Motor Passes will return to the shop, allowing players to purchase them with Bucks or CCs. The vehicles making their comeback are the Bentley Mulliner Bacalar (Street Race), the Jaguar F-Type SVR Coupé Professional Edition (Street Race), the Jaguar E-Type Series 1 Convertible (Street Race), and the KTM 450 EXC Nighthawk Edition (Motorcycle).
Furthermore, the shop will continue to grow with new vehicles such as the Saleen S1GT4 Cup (touring car), the Spyker C8 LaViolette GT2-R (touring car), and the KTM X-BOW GT2 (touring car) on March 15th. S8E1 also offers new customization options with 40 new prestige items, including avatar outfits, smoke, tires, underglow lighting, window tinting, and more.
In USST Cities, players can participate in 8 new weekly LIVE Summits, where there is only one goal: to rank as high as possible. Each week, the top players are rewarded with exclusive items and vehicles based on their placement.
For the most curious players, a new playground will be available in free roam: the Motorflix Arena on the shores of Lake Michigan near Chicago. Right from the start of Season 8, players will be able to tackle the banked turns and traverse underwater tunnels.
