Developer Endnight Games today released their survival game 'The Forest' for PlayStation 4, which, unlike other games in the genre, is quite a tough nut to crack.
Here, you won't be comfortably taken by the hand and guided through the game, but simply dropped into a forest and "Now do it!"To help you survive in this forest, which is also inhabited by terrifying creatures, Endnight Games is giving you some valuable tips today, covering the basics such as crafting, food, shelter, weapons, and more. The game also says:
As the lone survivor of a crashed passenger jet, you find yourself in a mysterious forest inhabited by cannibalistic mutants. Your task is to explore the forest, build a safe shelter, and ultimately, survive.
Not only that, but you also have complete freedom when it comes to interactions, whether you want to chop down every tree or bush, gather berries and mushrooms for food, or hunt animals and use their hides as armor. All items in the game world can be used to ensure your survival. In addition, there's a comprehensive building system that lets you choose from pre-made structures or build from scratch. Tree houses or a raft on the lake are also possible.
