There appears to be a firm release date for 'The Surge 2', currently being developed by Deck13 and Focus Home Interactive. An update in the official Microsoft Store reveals that the hardcore RPG will be released in September 2019.
The Surge 2 is more brutal and tactical than ever before, with even more options thanks to an expanded limb targeting system. Additionally, more abilities, weapons, implants, and drones give players a vast arsenal to build their character and support them in their fight against the many new enemies and bosses.
Thanks to the revamped engine, the environments, which this time take us to a devastated city, are much larger and more expansive. This is accompanied by new enemy types and bosses, expanded character development, and even greater depth, allowing for more individualized improvement. There are also more abilities, weapons, arsenals, and implants.
The Surge 2 will be released on September 24, 2019. Pre-order customers can also look forward to extras such as the Cutter, a full-body URBN Armor Set, the URBN Judgement Axe, the URBN Skimmer Drone, the Lootscan.exe Radar Module and a unique message icon.
