Deck13 has now confirmed the release date for the first story DLC in 'The Surge 2', which they also present in a trailer.
The Kraken expansion promises several hours of new story content, including a brand new storyline and setting, as well as a wealth of new weapons, implants, and armor to discover and craft.
To do this, board the VBS Krakow on the outskirts of Jericho City, a massive decommissioned aircraft carrier that has been refitted as a retreat for the rich and famous. Fight against robot pirates, rogue security systems, and an imposing new boss, each with their own unique combat mechanics. Fight hard and uncover the truth behind this desolate warship.
The Surge 2 – The Kraken will be released on January 16th and is part of the Season Pass available, which also includes additional armor and weapon sets.
