Six years without a new game, barely any sign of life from the developer – and yet the fan community clings to every tiny rumor like it's an artifact in a ruin: Lara Croft, the legendary tomb raider with a penchant for the extreme, could soon make her comeback. Could. Maybe. Hopefully.

Why now would be the perfect time
