Epic Games will hold another Unreal Engine 5 showcase next week, where they will "exciting“will show things.”
Several prominent figures will also be present, including Epic's Tim Sweeney, who was featured on "very special Unreal Engine news“speaks and what plans are being pursued in the future with the technology, which is being used particularly as a driving force on the PS5.

Unreal Engine 5 was developed specifically with the new consoles in mind and is already available to developers as a preview version. Those who want to see the engine in action can do so at... The matrix awakens Download the demo on PS5, which impressively demonstrates the engine's technical capabilities. At the time, it was described as follows:
"We will cover our modular procedural approach to building creation, open-world workflows (one file per actor, data layers, HLODs, level instantiation), Lookdev breakdowns of materials and textures, and updates on improvements to Lumen, our global illumination, and reflection system."
However, the Unreal Engine holds far greater potential, especially in combination with the PS5, including improvements in storage, performance and quality, as well as additional new features that will benefit developers in all industries.

It's cool that Sony is collaborating with Epic. But let's be honest, UE5 will run and look better on any newer PC than on the PS5.
And what is the problem with that?
So what?! Who cares?
No. A newer PC says nothing about the PC's performance.
Naturally, the games will look better on a good gaming PC than on the PS5. However, such a PC also costs considerably more.
I paid around €2500 for my PC. Naturally, I expect more from it than from a €500 console. However, the PS5 still offers excellent value for money. These constant comparisons with a gaming PC are pointless; there are many reasons why someone chooses a particular platform besides its technical capabilities.
