Sqiare Enix has with Visions of Mana A brand-new game in the cult series has been announced, returning to the roots of the action RPG. Players will meet Val, a Soul Guardian protecting his childhood friend, and together they will journey to the Mana Tree to breathe new life into the Mana Flow. 

The debut trailer for Visions of Mana In addition to action-packed gameplay scenes, it provides a first glimpse of the redesigned, vibrant game world, in which players can travel through a variety of breathtaking environments.

They face numerous enemies and monsters, including the fan-favorite gnats, and explore a world where natural forces and elemental spirits are intertwined. The revamped gameplay with real-time combat is in Visions on Mana It is presented in 3D and is therefore ideal for fans and newcomers.

“I’m thrilled to finally announce Visions of Mana, the first main title in the Mana series in over fifteen years,” said Masaru Oyamada, producer of the Mana series. “The development team has worked hard to ensure that Visions of Mana stays true to the beloved series while offering a fresh experience for both fans and newcomers, featuring a brand-new story, characters, and gameplay mechanics. We can’t wait to share more details about the game soon.”

Fans of the series can also look forward to new designs of their beloved creatures by Airi Yoshioka, the illustrator of the Mana series, as well as a new and captivating musical score by the composers of the Mana series, Hiroki Kikuta, Tsuyoshi Sekito and Ryo Yamazaki.

Visions of Mana It will be released in 2024 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
