110 Industries is bringing their action title Wanted Dead The game will also be released on PS4 and Xbox One, as confirmed by the developer today. A new story trailer will also be shown at the Summer Game Fest.
Wanted Dead It sends players into a darker and more dangerous version of a sci-fi Hong Kong, where honed skills are needed to survive. Playing as Lt. Hannah Stone, leader of the "Zombie Squad," an elite team operating outside the jurisdiction of the traditional police, players tackle various missions throughout the city.
The world of Wanted Dead The world is dominated by a single corporation: Dauer Synthetics. Lt. Stone and her team soon find themselves entangled in the shadowy machinations and underhanded politics surrounding the corporation's bid to control the world. Who is the mysterious mercenary outfit attacking them? What do they want? And how will the world react when Dauer Synthetics leaves behind a power vacuum no one could have foreseen?
“We believe people will be pleasantly surprised by the variety of what we’re delivering in Wanted: Dead when it launches this year,” said Sergei Kolobashkin, founder and creative director at 110 Industries. “Of course, there’s all the blood and violence, but there’s also karaoke, dancing, ramen, and maybe even a full-fledged 16-bit game that we got a little carried away with…”
They also promise a deep combat system, which is... devil may cry and Bayonetta It is inspired by, and offers the ability to fight enemies up close and in person. Optionally, there are also ranged weapons with cool slow-motion effects and severing mechanics that alter enemy attack patterns and add more style and substance to combat encounters.
110 Industries is deliberately describing this as a true hardcore experience, where the battles will by no means be easy and you will have to steel your determination to fight your way through hordes of mercenaries, synthetic and private security forces.
One of the highlights of Wanted Dead is the over 80 brutal finishing moves and a variety of deadly moves to cut your opponents into tiny pieces.
Wanted Dead should appear later this year.
