Digital Extremes has released the 'Octavia's Anthem' update, previously available for PC, for PS4 and Xbox One. The new expansion brings a unique musical element to all players, including Octavia, a dancing, beat-making Warframe unlike any other Warframe before her. It also includes a new quest and two fantastic tools that will unleash the creativity of the Tenno.
In 'Octavia's Anthem,' Warframe players embark on an original quest in search of the melodically enchanted Octavia Warframe. Along with Octavia, they receive a manual for the new Mandachord musical instrument, which is easy to use. With it, they can compose their own songs and synchronize them with their weapons to rhythmically keep enemies at bay. But in the new update, music isn't just a tool of destruction. Players can collaborate with other Tenno to create musical arrangements and share their creations. This flexibility and ease of use have already inspired numerous PC influencers and YouTubers to create their own tracks and reinterpret popular songs.
The new update also caters to the glamorous side of the Warframe player community, providing them with Captura, a high-end image editing tool. This allows players to transform ordinary Warframe screenshots into stunning, stylish images. Tenno can capture, edit, and enhance their images to share their customized Warframes via the "Share" button on PS4 and the "Xbox" button on Xbox One. New weapons, headgear, glyphs, TennoGen, and much more are also included in the free update on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
