Nach den The Game Awards hat nun auch der offizielle PlayStation Blog die Gewinner der diesjährigen Game of the Year Awards verkündet. Der Unterschied hier ist der, dass die Spieler hier selbst über ihre Favoriten abstimmen dürfen und diese nicht durch eine Jury oder Fachmagazine bestimmt werden.
Ein Titel fällt dabei besonders auf, nämlich Death Stranding von Kojima Productions, das den Award gleich mehrfach mitnehmen konnte. Aber auch das Survival-Adventure Days Gone von Sony Bend darf sich über einen Award freuen, ebenso Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Kingdom Hearts III, Control, The Order Worlds, Control, Final Fantasy XIV und viele weitere.
