Wie schon beim Vorgänger ist es auch bei Dead Rising 2 möglich das Spiel auf verschiedene Art und Weise zu beenden. Insgesamt 6 alternative Enden gibt es.
Wie man diese erreicht, haben die Kollegen von Examiner zusammengestellt. Die mehrfachen Savegames sollten dabei helfen alles in weniger Durchgängen zu schaffen.
Ending A
- Give all the required Zombrex to Katey
- Complete all the cases
- Do not give Zombrex to TK
Ending B
- Give all the required Zombrex to Katey
- Finish all the cases up until Case 6-4
- Fail to complete Case 6-4
Ending C
- Give all the required Zombrex to Katey
- Fail to complete the cases
- Go inside the safe house when the military appears
Ending D
- Method 1:
- Do not reach the safe house before time expires in Case 6-1
- Method 2:
- Do not give any Zombrex to Katey or fail to complete the cases
- On the last day, stay outside of the safe house when the military appears
Ending F
- Do not give any Zombrex to Katey
- Go inside the safe house when the military appears
Ending S
- Give all the required Zombrex to Katey
- Complete all the cases
- Give Zombrex to TK
- Finish Overtime mode
