Sony hat die finale PS4 Firmware 6.50 veröffentlicht, die seit einigen Wochen als BETA Version von ausgewählten Usern getestet werden konnte. Zur Abwechslung sind diesmal auch wieder neue Features mit an Bord.
Während man im Beta Test lediglich von einer Performanceoptimierung sprach, offenbart der finale Changelog, dass nun auch das iOS Betriebssystem offiziell für das Remote-Play Feature unterstützt wird. Die dazugehörige App findet sich ab sofort in den App Stores (Android / iOS) wieder. Ansonsten wurde der 720p Support für Niconico Live integriert, allerdings steht der Service selbst nur in ausgewählten Ländern zur Verfügung. - You can now change the button assignment to perform “Enter” operations from thebutton to thebutton. Select(Settings) > [System], and then select the checkbox for [UseButton for Enter].This option is available only for specific countries and regions.
